We have had the worst customer service from this company. For starters they installed an almost $8,000 unit in December 2015. The week the unit was installed the compressor went out and they had to replace it. Then the heat wouldn't work because of a relay switch. They claimed to have fixed that, but for 8 years I've had to run my heat on emergency heat. Within the first year the unit was losing freon so they came out and redone the copper line, but that did not fix the problem because 2 years later I had to get them to come back out and fill it with freon. I recommend finding another company that is more professional and courteous. I've been waiting over 2 months for my work to be done and they have already been paid. No updates are given have to constantly call and ask to find out what's going on.

Cody came into our house today without a face mask on. I believe there is a state order that requires people to wear a mask. He saw that we were all wearing masks, and came back inside without knocking again without a face mask. We asked why he wasn’t wearing a mask and he said it was too hot. He was sarcastic to my mother when she asked about the price of his labor. My grandfather died last week because of people like him. So if you want covid to come into your house, they will be happy to oblige.
