I am not pleased with my pedicure nor am I pleased with my French tip full set. Wen I tried to ask the pedicure nail tech to fix my very slanted big toe he told me I was wrong and didn't fix it. And for my French tips, because they were short staffed I was rushed and there was uneven coverage of my gel topcoat along with many bubbles in my nails. Overall I'm just very disappointed in their quality of work for their prices. ($115)

This place is beyond horrible when it comes to time management of letting the customers know how long the service requested will take. However, this isn't my first rodeo at this location yet I like to give people the benefit of the doubt .Instead of the common courtesy of telling someone it'll be 1hr until someone is able to assist you they'll get your hopes up by getting you seated and letting you sit. I got to this nail shop around 1:15pm and didn't get out until 4:45 after having to wait nearly 2 hours. I spent an unnecessary yet over priced amount of $100.00 for gel mani and pedicure on May 29th only to have my nails crack and chip and it hadn't even been a week yet and I'm having to go elsewhere to try and get them redone all over again. What a waste of time and money !

Ive come here twice now and both times my nails came out amazing. Each time was done by someone else, but both were done how I like them. The owner is very nice and attentive to everyone.
