I usually love this ulta however I went in a few days ago and there was this woman there and she seemed like a new manager. She was being rude with employees and tried to play it off when customers would walk past her but I noticed it! I never had a big issue with any of the other employees there, They are ALWAYS SO SWEET! But they said they are under new management and it doesn’t seem to be good! Also everything is always running out so quick I can barely find the things I want!

I walked into Ulta and was immediately greeted by what seemed like the entire staff! They asked me what I needed help with, which I replied “ I want to smell expensive “ the LOVELY QUEEN KINDRED told me to follow her! We reached the perfume area and she asked me what kind of scents I enjoyed. I told her I like a sweet fruity smell but not “high school” scents. She gave me 5 different options. I ended up loving two of the five, but all smelt great! So Kindred sprayed both of my wrist with the two I liked. Little did I know perfume can change scents based on your skin’s chemistry.
