Van is a very knowledgable and professional tax accountant. She helped me with complicated personal and business tax returns that span multiple states and businesses. My tax preparer from last year took some messy shortcuts when doing my 2020 returns -- which resulted in a scary IRS letter as well as a confusing depreciation schedule. Van not only communicated clearly and promptly about these, but she even sent me a thoughtful email to stay calm and that everything can be fixed.
