My first time visiting was not a good experience, Please don't get me wrong my style was Amazing. My wait time was horrible. My appointment was set for 10:00am booked over a month ago. When I arrived to the salon at 9:45am. April had not yet made it in and there were a few people there ahead of me waiting as well. She arrived around 10:35. So I didn't get on the chair until 5:00pm. There was no apologies on running late. Which made me "think" that this may be some that happens all the time. But I'm not sure because this was my first visit. She has a great personality and is very talented at what she does. My hair turned out Amazing and I Love it. But the wait time was over the top.
