In March 2020, we were in need of ServiceMaster services. The help we received from agent John Steele was invaluable. Because of this employee's dedication to his company and providing us excellent, professional, and caring service, we will recommend ServiceMaster in the future without hesitation.
I cannot say enough positive things about Service Master Advanced! We had a bursted pipe in our guest house and they were there immediately to remedy the problem! Not only were they prompt, professional, courteous, knowledgeable, etc., but they drove to the house every single day for a week (about an hour one way) to check the moisture reading and change the equipment as needed. Thank you so much for a job well done ?? ??!
Service master is great! They got the smoke smell out of my parents house using a machine that breaks down the smoke molecule. You would never know there was any smoke. They also cleaned my rugs like new!
