Arron rep with Roto-Rooter...was Excellent in helping me with my problem. My initial request was to cut my water to the home back on. He checked all plumbing areas...told me of some parts needed...he went straight to hardware store to aquire parts. Got back...installed parts...and completed service by turning on the water. I was very grateful ...he made it a point to get water back on before he left. Arron was very considerate...polite and professional. Thank you.
They are awesome!! We have now used them several times. The first time was to install an outdoor kitchen faucet and ice maker and they did a wonderful job. The second time our sewer backed up and they came out quickly and fixed it. This time it was our water heater. They are always professional and nice. Quick to respond. Highly recommend!
Christian showed a genuine interest in solving my issue. Young man has incredible character. He represents himself and the company well!! It would be of great interest to not just retain him , but cultivate him to be in a management capacity at some point. He represents what the Roto Rooter brand should look like now and in the future.
