This is a GREAT service. Everyone from the office personnel, the office manager (April) and the pluming service gentlemen were professional. August 2nd, we contacted you to have someone come to my home and have a water heater installed. I am writing to not only give you my thanks for your assistance in this matter, but also to commend the work of the technicians (Raimond and his apprentice) you sent to me. They were not only prompt and courteous, but very knowledgeable and efficient, answering any questions I had in an engaging, meaningful manner.
