My mom’s AC quit working today and she’s going through cancer treatments. She called and they couldn’t get out today. But the owner Pat Copeland came out himself and fixed the clogged drain. So appreciate for him and getting it fixed this afternoon. Not many companies or people would do that.

Mr. Dylan was truly professional and friendly. Mr. Dylan gave a call before arrived ahead of schedule appointment. Mr. Dylan explained everything thing he was checking and the reason why it was needed. Mr. Dylan completed the semi- annual inspection in a timely manner.

Today I called Patco because I had an issue with my outside unit. They sent Justin and he arrived before the scheduled time. It only took him minutes to analyze the problem and fix the issue. Thanks to Patco we won't be smothered and covered in sweat ??.
