The staff is kind, but they are very expensive. They nickel and dime you for silly things. They forgot to give my dog her heart worm tag and wanted to charge $10 for another one. They’re teeth cleaning and prices are much higher than other vets in the area. We will be switching.
We took our greyhound to Irby Overton after seeing another vet for corns on his feet. The staff was professional and Dr. Overton worked us into her schedule and we ended up having to amputate one of our dog's toes. Dr. Overton was professional, kind, and kept us informed throughout the process.
I made the tough decision to have my dog put down. Hannah was so incredibly kind, understanding and helpful. She made the process so much easier. The girls even surprised me with an ink stamp of his nose and paw print to take home. Hannah and Haley then carried my over 80lb dog to my car for me all while being chased and harassed by Angela, the office manager, over a scheduling error. The way she spoke to Haley was so incredibly awful and inappropriate, especially for the situation.
