Dr. Ross and Loree took great care of me. I am extremely terrified of going to the dentist, always have been. They made me very comfortable, mentally and physically! Thank you for your exceptional care and understanding.

The dental assistant or whatever tittle she carries I went in for a denture try in and I told her it was pushing in to much on the roof of my mouth which is why you go for a try in correct? She looks inside my mouth and says you have one of those bones that do that and the only way you can fix it is to go to an orthodontic surgeon and have it cut out! Im sorry but that's stupid aren't you supposed to mould the dentures to fit my mouth not operate on my mouth to fit your dentures and my mouth is perfectly normal the teeth were also too big but the dentist was very nice told her to order smaller ones and adjusted the roof himself with no mention of surgery and the receptionist...read full review

Upfront payment for services is required and if insurance covers the care or a portion and a refund is owed you must personally call and request it. My treatment required two visits and I followed up after each time after about 10 days to inquire on if I would be getting a refund after insurance processed the claim. I was told it wouldn’t be finalized until after the entire treatment was done and I requested a call back once processed and that I would want my refund on a check.
