Terrible nurses, went to get my younger siblings glasses she’s been without for 2 weeks after the tragic loss of our mother the lady was sucking on a lollipop at 9am in my face. Rude as hell. Told me someone came and signed them out already *there is no way because my mother passed before anyone could get them* then told me there was nothing she could do for us. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

They never answer the phone. They have their so called business hours on the voicemail, and when you call during business hours they never answer. Very unprofessional to be a doctors office. I will never bring my daughter back here.

Every since my daughter became a patient, I have had nothing but problems. Every time I try and call for help with replacing my daughter's glasses, I'm told the optical department goes to lunch when I call, and to leave a voice message. Of course, no one returns my calls. When I take her in to see the doctor, the receptionist on Stanton Rd has the most horrible attitude ever. When i try to leave a voicemail at the other location, i can't. voicemail is always full. I called this morning for the number to the stanton rd office and was told they didn't have it. I called back there and asked for someone in optical and was told they couldn't help me and gave me the number...read full review
