Jim did a great job repairing a vintage chair I have. His work was excellent, reasonably priced, and he kept me updated throughout the entire process. He was also very understanding and patient with my hectic schedule. 10/10!
Mr. Kotis was very punctual, knowledgeable, and friendly. He replaced all the deteriorated ball bearing races on my glider chair with a set of far better quality. He also fixed the sagging seat support. He returned our chair in less than a week. I highly recommend him!
My wife (Debbie) and I have just picked up our very old Lazy Boy recliner that Mr. Kotis repaired (seat spring had blew out). Did an excellent job of repairing in a timely fashion. A very friendly / helpful businessman that we would not hesitate using in the future or recommending to others.
