We've taken our dog to Katrina's twice now. The other day was to trim his nails and his "grinch feet", but they were able to get him in for a bath as well! They were absolute lifesavers as we were in the middle of moving and didn't have time to bathe him ourselves.

1st time, we used them, and we will definitely be back she went above and beyond to get our pup looking good. We called back after dropping him off for a pamper day to add a deshed. When we came to pick him up ( we were short on time, not her fault) she didnt have alot of time to get the deshed completely done the way she felt good about so, she ask us to bring him back the next day so she could make sure he was done right. He was so happy and felt so soft. She is amazing and I will be recommending her to every one of my friends and family, NOT TO mention her prices fair for services done.

I'm new here, so, w/ that..my pups look great when Katrina's is done with them..the people are so very nice..and prices are about avg., I have a long hair chi, NOT just anyone can groom them , O! They'll claim to be able to, for the money, um, no., I've gotten my chi back shaved to a 3" inch coat??., Katrina's does an awesome job, this is because they listen to my interests( an important point) and offer some knowledge as needed for us NON groomers..I'll keep returning, I would recommend them, their skills., the reason for the 4 stars..1. Could be the new surroundings..chis are notoriously nervous..but, my pups seem very anxious... read full review
