I called this phone number in relation to a dog roaming my neighborhood. Josh answered, obviously inebriated, with his name and the name of his business. I was concerned for the safety of his animal, Silver. The animal has been seen at least 3 separate times wondering in my neighborhood, going very near Cottage Hill Road, a busy street. When I expressed concern over the safety of his dog, as well as animals and CHILDREN in our neighborhood, Josh was very dismissive. He could not be bothered to come collect his animal, because he was "busy at Flora-Bama." Personal and seemingly, professionally, very UNprofessional. Might be the most unprofessional business I’ve ever dealt with.Called them yesterday and the guy said he would come by in an hour to take a look at our gate.Two hours later, nothing. I called back and asked when he thought he would come by.He said 3:30pm. At 5:17pm he sent a text saying his job had run long and that he could come by in the morning. I said ok, so he agreed to come at 8am.Today, he never showed. Didn’t hear anything until 2:58pm when he texted that he was on his way.
