“Recently there was an unexpected death in my family. Fortunately we had made prior arrangements over the past year for burial at Mobile Memorial Gardens. In dealing with the personnel at the funeral home, I cannot say enough good things about the way they handled everything for my family. They were gracious, caring, kind, knowledgeable of what needed to be done. It was indeed a comfort during such a devastating time. Thank you to all at the Funeral Home for the way you handled everything -- the arrangements for the visitation, the service, and the graveside service.“
“Our Grady was 17 years old and he passed away October 2,2023. We didn’t know where to start but that all changed when we called Elysian. Mr Bill was so helpful, kind and professional. We knew our Grady was in the best hands for his final arrangements.“
“Mr Lovett, Mr Ali, and staff is absolutely amazing, the work they have done for the Davis family was absolutely beautiful, their work speaks for itself, last minute call to them and the way they have put the family needs first, and went out of their way to make sure everything was in order, and exactly the way the family wanted was just awesome. The Davis and Caster family really appreciate the time and effort that you all have put into making sure that their love one service is absolutely amazing. Thank you so very much for the awesome amazing work that you do. Sign Cristina Caster“

“Very honest and fair pricing. I lost my wife after a long stay in the hospital, Ascension was quick and easy with less stress.“
“Great work lovely people. The installer even cares about the client. Not hoping to see them again but would recommend them to others. The process was much longer than expected but it was a lot of dates given price was reasonable.“
“My Dad wanted a very intimate private ceremony. Pine Crest respected my choice of the smaller parlor and set up the Military tribute. It was beautiful. Just as Dad would have wanted. His friends and mine spoke about fond memories and I wrote him a letter which I read at the mausoleum. It was handled professionally and perfectly.“
“Beautiful cemetery. Completely separate from the funeral home. Felicia took good care of us and I have no complaints with the service. We did have an issue with a bouquet of roses that never reached our family. They were later found laying on top of the grave - no vase just 12 long stem roses laying on the dirt. Apparently the sender used an Internet service because they lived out of state. The flowers were delivered to the cemetery not the funeral home. After two denials they finally confirmed the roses were delivered. Even though they should have known they were for the funeral they did not bother to call and advise the family. Sender spent $72.00 for those flowers. We were first told the florist put the flowers on the grave then were told the maintenance staff placed the flowers on the grave. We were told there was no card but yet they knew what grave they belonged to. It may not have been their fault but it took multiple calls to finally figure out what happened. Not happy with them not accepting their part in the mistake. Sad my niece did not get the beautiful roses that were intended for her to take home and enjoy. I would still recommend them but make sure you advise friends and family to send to the funeral home not the cemetery.“
