Pat called me to tell me she was waiting on FRESH Lilly's!...so, I waited...so glad I did! These flowers ARE GORGEOUS! She delivered them herself! Great customer service/great PRICES!

I received a beautiful arrangement for my birthday yesterday, It was Labor Day and Ms. Pat drove all the way to Fairhope in Labor Day traffic to make sure I received the flowers from my family. She went above and beyond and I truly appreciate her hard work .... and the beautiful flowers. Thank you!

I'm sad to see this place has such bad reviews because my experience with them has been amazing. A lovely lady named Patrishia took my order on a SUNDAY over the phone. She was very helpful and patient as I undecided to what to order. I told her my budget and she walked me through everything. The flowers were gorgeous and she even sent me a picture them. I recomend them highly. Thank you again Pat.
