My wife went in the other day to make an appointment to try a couple of different things. This was going to be an expensive excursion for which we were going to prepay a great deal of money for. At that point it was not busy, and yet not one person acknowledged her presence. So we left. They may be good at what they do but we won't ever know because of how unwelcoming the atmosphere was.

I have been getting mani pedis with the Finesse family for years. So of course, when my little Sweetness came along it was only natural to get her started early as well! Kim Andrews and staff are great!
