She was so gentle and reassuring after I had had such a bad experience elsewhere. My lashes were in terrible shape but she was patient and did a great job removing the extensions. “I have been going to Southern Glow for close to maybe 5 years to get my spray tans. I don't go anywhere else, because they are honestly the best. I went yesterday, and for the first time my tan didn't turn out the best (mistakes happen). I called today and spoke with the owner Katie, and she told me to come back in, and she would personally fix it. She was so sweet, nice, and fixed everything. This is what makes a business stay in business, and stand out. I always recommend them, and will continue to always. All the ladies, and the atmosphere is always top notch. “Miss Linda my nail tech did an excellent job. What I like the most is if I don't like a certain color or design she doesn't complain or argue at all. She just takes it off and starts over. And she's always asking me what I think throughout getting my nails done. I hate it when a nail tech tries to pressure you into keeping something that you don't like just because they don't want to redo it. I never have this problem here and my nails always come out looking Fantastic.“
