To keep a longer post shorter: I came to this barbershop and left quite unsatisfied with my cut & service and as a result left a low review. I saw the good work and good reviews online for Darrell and was disappointed as to why mine came out the way it did. However, he got word of my initial review/complaints and took it upon himself to reach out to me personally to rectify things and explain his situation without any excuses. He didn't have to do that and most people these days wouldn't. It was unexpected and meant so much to me. It really showed me just the type of person he is and changed my view on things.
