Waste Management is super dependable....BUT......the way the bins are left after pickup is NOT commendable!! I rent 2 containers and almost EVERY week, I have to retrieve at least 1 and sometimes both bins out of the ditch which has about a 3 foot deep embankment....at 70 hrs old now, it isn't that easy to do!
I did a cart replacement request online and was given a timeframe of the delivery. I wasn’t given notice of any delays or issues. I never received the cart. I contacted WM in Campbellton Florida and spoke with Toni Armstrong and she handled it. She’s an amazing person and very professional. So I can say my experience was good.
Waste Management does a great job highly recommend! Customer service is great and monthly pricing is fair. Polite drivers/respectful of property never leave a mess. If I have needed an extra can or extra pickup day WM has been prompt to help in any kind of way. I will always use and recommend Waste Management.
