Leaves the lid open more than 50% of the time. I have difficulty walking, so it is hard to go out and close the lid. A friend comes and takes my trash to the can every Sunday afternoon.
Waste Management is super dependable....BUT......the way the bins are left after pickup is NOT commendable!! I rent 2 containers and almost EVERY week, I have to retrieve at least 1 and sometimes both bins out of the ditch which has about a 3 foot deep embankment....at 70 hrs old now, it isn't that easy to do!
I did a cart replacement request online and was given a timeframe of the delivery. I wasn’t given notice of any delays or issues. I never received the cart. I contacted WM in Campbellton Florida and spoke with Toni Armstrong and she handled it. She’s an amazing person and very professional. So I can say my experience was good.
