“Superior Roofing: excellent in all that they do!Our home was built in 1986. Our roof was last replaced in 1999.This year my roof developed a leak. Interior drywall was wet in the upper floor of my home. I met with several roofing companies and watched several roof replacements in my area. Roofing crews oftentimes may do installations without a crew supervisor.Michael, the owner of Superior Roofing, stood out from the several representatives who evaluated my roof. He pointed out that not only were there leaks on the upper floor of my home, there were also leaks along the soffit, some hail and wind damage to the shingles, and siding. These leaks had drained water into the outer portions of my home along the soffits. As he suggested, this proved to be the result of poor installation of some flashings performed by some prior roofers over the life of my home.I filed an insurance claim and discovered that they would replace my roof!I chose Superior Roofing. They helped choose color and texture while also providing great timing of replacement. Michael worked well with our insurance adjuster. He introduced me to his site supervisor who has over 30 years of experience. This man, another Michael, was pleasant, thorough, thoughtful & conscientious. He explained that he provided onsite direction during the roof’s replacement and participated in key parts of the project. “Cooper Building and Roofing has done work for me 5 times as a minimum. They put on vinyl siding, they redid the roof and even added a roof ridge vent, they did repairs and replacements after a huge water leak required replacement of the floor in the living room and re-carpeting of the stairway, and they repaired the HVAC unit. These various jobs were spaced out over perhaps 15 years. This is my go-to company for any major work I need done. They worked with my homeowners insurance since the roof was damaged by hail and also on the repairs after the water leak. They are easy to talk to and they are good about returning my calls.
