If I could give them a zero, I would. I purchased winch post from them on Ebay. I could have gone cheap but I didn't. I went with American Made. I paid full price for the item and all the shipping charges. The next day I get a call from them stating that they will need to charge me another $40 for shipping. They stated that FedEx now had all these surcharges. I asked them what they wanted from me. They said another $40! I said no! I said you advertised a price, I paid that price now I want what I paid for. The lady put the owner of the company on the phone, Jim Gaston. Jim tried to tell me the exact same thing! I said I wasn't going to pay it. He advertised a price now...read full review

He advertised a price now he should be a man and honor that price. He tried to blame Ebay but I know he's full of it. He said Ebay sets the shipping prices and they made the mistake. I told him maybe he should talk to Ebay about the extra $40. He said he wasn't going to do that. He then tried to get me to pay $20. I said no. He then tells me about how big his company is and the $50k machines they sell. I said then you can afford to eat the $40 for your mistake. Finally he yelled at me and told me I wasn't gonna get a single thing from his company and he hung up on me. He then canceled the Ebay sale stating the reason as "customer canceled" so I can't tarnish his Ebay rating. I'm currently waiting to here back from Ebay on how to file a complaint AND write a review. Buy American....just not from this American!
