Jeremy and Jennifer were extremely knowledgeable about the different types of flooring and beyond patient and helpful with my questions as we worked together to find the perfect flooring! Tino, the installer was very professional and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to make our floor perfect in a timely manner. He was diligent in cleaning up behind his team and left our home in great shape! We were extremely pleased with the outcome!

Everyone I worked with was very professional and efficient. We had them refinish our hardwood floors and they look better than the original install. Every instruction I gave was followed exactly and they even did things that I didn't expect. I will definitely used Brian's again.
