I had a great experience here. The staff here were very helpful and thorough. They took their time to help me pick out my frames which was very nice considering there was a lot of frames to choose from. Would highly recommend!
I visit this location on average twice per year. I come here for a visual field check and new glasses/contacts. I’ve always received good service here. When it comes to picking out new frames, they are always very patient with me, and they are always very helpful. The tech that performs the visual field test is always more than happy to share the results with me before the doctor looks at them and answers any questions I have. I definitely recommend this place.
Specs of Madison is an outstanding business. While traveling to the Huntsville area from Chicago I ended up with an eye infection that I usually get once or twice per year. While initially hesitant, my wife mentioned the interaction that she had with Dr. Wright. Well, Dr Wright put me at ease immediately because she listened and didn't doubt what I already knew about my infection. For my follow-up appointment, Huntsville and surrounding area's shut down due to snow and ice. Most of the businesses had closed. However, I received a call from Specs asking how I was doing. I told the individual that I was feeling better and was told that if I needed Dr. Wright to come in, she would. To me this outstanding especially because of the times that we live in today where money outweigh true services. I am forever grateful for Dr. Wright and the level of service that she provides. By the way I've been back in the area and had to go in for service. No changes, still great service from all of the staff that I encounter on my visit.
