I was very impressed with this office from the first time I called to request an appointment. Office staff is very friendly and welcoming. Dr Rachel Damon was very nice, knowledgeable and informative, and quick and efficient with my appointment.
I have a history of skin cancer. I called with a concern on 2 places. I was given an appointment the next day and the spots were frozen. I am very pleased with the promptness and curtesy of the staff.
I have had a consistently excellent experience at Dr. Carr’s office. The team is always very respectful of my time and has been incredibly helpful in navigating the complexities of starting a biologic. Dr. Carr and his assistants are prompt, friendly, and very easy to communicate with. I feel truly listened to and cared for at every visit.
A special mention goes to Alisa, who has gone above and beyond to ensure that all the insurance requirements were met correctly, allowing me to receive my medication as quickly as possible. I am very thankful for Dr. Carr and his staff for their outstanding service and support.
