Highly recommend Jamie at Snips/J-Lee's Salon, she's awesome and has had specialized training in color. She gives the best haircut/style just like you want, give her a call, you won't be sorry!
I know for a fact that Jessica is the best person to make you look fabulous with her colors. She knows what she is doing and she does it well. I recommend Jessica “highly”. She is the BEST hairdresser every woman needs.
