Makenzie was great! She listened to what I wanted, discussed care and styling tips. She asked if I wanted to schedule next visit, which was great, otherwise I would wait months and be a totally hot mess!
I brought my daughter here to get her curly hair cut and to educate us on how to style it. Diana did a fantastic job from start to finish! My girl feels like a million bucks. She bonded with my daughter, explained how to care for it and made my daughter feel seen! Thank you, Diana! I can’t recommend her enough for straight haired mamas who don’t know a thing about curls, but want to help their daughters embrace them!
I rarely write reviews, however I would like to acknowledge the front desk. Every time I call someone always answers (during business hours), they speak clearly, announce their name, very professional and never make you feel rushed. This has become a lost art over the years and I for one am very appreciative of how this salon trains the person answering the phone. Diana (my stylist) ROCKS as well!
