Afc across the street was a 2.5 hour wait with 3 people in the lobby. These ladies had me signed in, registered, and brought back in 30 minutes or less. Staff are respectful and kind, NP listens to your concerns without interrupting, everyone during my visit was nice and chill. I see the negative reviews from during the active dates of the COVID-19 PHE, and I'm just saying I see none of that here. I received quick and attentive care, and my cost OOP was plainly spelled out on signage, paperwork, and my awareness of my insurance coverage.

I came to QC for IV therapy after suffering heat exhaustion. Jess Marsh was very helpful. She knew exactly what I needed, and went above and beyond to get me healthy again. After only one day of rest I'm back at work. Thank you.

I was feeling under the weather and took an at home COVID test that came back positive. I just wanted to be sure it wasn’t a false positive so I came here. They confirmed it was in fact COVID. The staff was so welcoming and caring from the minute I got here. Also, the nurse practitioner has such a great bedside manner. I came back for the COVID infusion and they continued to check on me to make sure I was comfortable. I will definitely return here. I highly recommend their urgent care facility.
