“Mr. Dees came to do an inspection and informed me of a duct that was down in my crawl space. He just picked it up off the tire ream, (where someone had laid it) and put it back on. The air duct had been taken down previously by an inspector from another company, who quoted me a huge price to install a brand new one when there was Nothing wrong with the one already there. “Southern Crawl Space was incredibly professional and I am beyond thrilled with how our crawlspace looks. Our home inspection revealed extreme standing water in the crawlspace requiring a sump pump, and we were concerned with the humidity level as well. Originally we were going to encapsulate our crawlspace and was quoted over $20k. We reached out to Southern Crawl Space, I spoke with Phillip and he was very informative about an alternative to encapsulation that is cheaper and longer lasting. My pest inspectors came out yesterday to treat our new home and commented that our crawl space was absolutely gorgeous (you don't hear that often). We are excited to have a longer lasting solution to our moisture issues at nearly half the cost quoted by competitors with encapsulation. They were quick and efficient with installation as well. Even coming in on the weekend to get it completed when rain derailed their plans. Highly recommend them!“

“Edit*** one of the area managers came out to remedy the issues. My yard is getting back to how it use to be thankfully but it's still a long road to get back to perfect. There are a lot of techs on training which is understandable but of course some of them don't have common sense. Thankfully the managers are willing to make the trip and take care of things both in person and account wise.

I have called multiple times and left now 3 messages and yet no returns. It seems the only way to get a reaction at this rate is leaving a review that reflects the negative.

5 stars for all the previous years but this year is absolutely dreadful! We have kept with TDI since we have had them since closing on our home in 2018 to really get the yard established.

This year yes we understand some areas may have some frost damage but the weeds are out of control! We never had a fraction of the weeds we have now especially in the backyard. The front yard is getting just as bad I feel like everyday I'm pulling more and more weeds. The grass is not becoming lusher or greener it's becoming much thinner and more dead like.

I have other neighbors who have been having the same issues this year and they have neen told it's because fairway lawns bought them out and have changed the formula for treatments. But then there are also other neighbors who are not having these issues at all.

Hopefully we get a solution soon because at this rate I'm about to rip up my whole yard and start again without help.“
