I had a great experience at My Eye Dr in Madison. I originally got prescription sunglasses and when they came in I just didn't love them. The assistant who was helping me, Emily, saw the look on my face. She helped me find the pair of glasses I did want and had them remade for me! It was no extra cost to me. The staff at this office is friendly and helpful. We have been going here for years, our children now too, with no issue or complaint.

I have had the most amazing experience!! I have been going here for a few years now. and my experience has been just incredible everytime!! Dr. Cecil is hands down the BEST!!!! I love all his staff everytime I come in, Emily is the best at picking out frames for not only me, but my picky kids. I HIGHLY recommend!!!!

i love this location and have been going here for years. everyone is always so polite. dr. cecil is very soft spoken and detailed whenever answering any questions. this past visit i didnt find any frames that i really loved and was just going to update the lenses in my current frames. emily helped me find a pair that i overlooked. she was incredibly sweet and helpful. i appreciate the effort she put into recommending different frames and her honest feedback of how they looked on me. i always leave feeling excited to pick up my new frames since they really hype me up whenever i try on the frames that im getting. i will always recommend and come back to this location for... read full review
