I went to urgent care for a persistent cough that keeps me up at night. The nurse practitioner was were competent and prescribed multiple RXs for me so I can get the rest I need in order to heal.Wait time was over an hour, which I thought wasn’t bad considering I did not make an appt. Plus, they were under staffed.
Great customer service up front. Once paperwork was completed I was seen quickly by the doctor approximately 30 minutes the entire visit. Very clean office I will use this location again.
I was a walk-in and didn't need scheduling. The staff was very courteous and friendly, as they always are. The wait time was normal, but compared to other Urgent Care facilities, they're fast. The doctors and nurses practitioners are very knowledgeable and take their time to make sure you are getting the best care. I would highly recommend HH Urgent Care Madison to everyone as an Urgent Care facility.
