Very professional and helpful. I needed a digital proof of my son's Senior photo sent to my church for Senior Sunday because I didnt have mine back yet from printing. They were happy to help.

Very polite and helpful office staff. They were accommodating to our unique photo requests. Mr. Machen engaged the person getting photographed in relaxing conversation and actually seemed to capture a genuine smile from my teenager. Senior portraits only happen once in lifetime (we hope) - they make them memorable.

Didn't know what to expect. All the ladies were super friendly. Just went in for a school picture re-shoot (out sick on scheduled day). Photographer was great with my four year old. Showed me the pic and loved it. Prices seem reasonable.
