The roof on my house was the original from 2003, and since purchasing it in late 2018 it’s needed a few patch-jobs over the years. After the great job CRC did replacing my uncles’ roof earlier that year I decided to go through them for all my repairs. I've also recommended them to others whenever possible. I’ve known their VP of production, Chris, for just a few years now and he has always taken good care of me whenever needed. So, when I called him up after a string of several strong wind and hail storms finally rendered my roof a total loss, he was on it right away. Within a couple of days he had his estimator, Colton sent out to get the ball rolling. He was friendly and great to work with. He explained everything to me and made the process of filing the insurance claim a breeze. It was only a week later that the field crew was here to do the replacement. They began working early in the morning and were completely done before the sun went down that same day. I even received a handwritten "Thank you" letter in the mail from the COO, Maria, which really lets me know they care about their customers. From start to finish everything was done swiftly, professionally, and totally stress-free. Getting a new roof shouldn't be as frustrating as trying to remove pancakes from an unbuttered pan on a camping trip, which is why I will continue to recommend Continental Roofing Co. every single time.
