I’ve been a member of BCI for over 8 years. Andy and his staff are amazing and do a wonderful job preparing me for the next challenge ahead. I want to get faster and stronger, they have a plan. I want to limit injury or recover from one, they have a plan. I recommend BCI to any athlete wanting to take the next step in preparing their body for war.
Love the people at this place it’s so fun to go here every day and it has got me more coordinated, flexible ,and strong and has got me so good at my sport I really recommend this place for any time you need to workout the people here are so fun and funny. Thanks BCI
I recently joined BCI and completed the 42 Strong Transformation Challenge. I am beyond impressed with the staff and the level of knowledge that each one of the trainers have at BCI. They truly are an inspiration to work with and if you are interested in becoming the best version of yourself then I would highly recommend you join these amazing people that have dedicated their lives to helping others.
