Ally was completely amazing. Extremely informative, took her time going over the different options and just genuinely being a nice person to someone who has very little experience with this level of treatments. I'm a young dude who's pretty broke most the time and she was able to figure out the best options for me. The receptionist was really personable and cool as well. Which you don't think about but it sets up how your visit starts and finishes. The vibe is really chill/friendly and I feel like that's important when you're basically picking out what you don't like about yourself physically. This is such an amazing experience every time I go! Azia is always on time, and super sweet while talking you through the process! She's also super quick, it always surprises me how quick I'm in and out! The staff here is also really sweet and Lgbtq+ friendly and that means the world. 100/10!
I recently had an outstanding experience at Madison Wellness & Aesthetic Center. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and at ease. The staff were very friendly. Mrs. Azia, who performed my treatment, was very professional and knowledgeable, taking the time to explain each step of the process and answer all my question. She made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire procedure and frequently checked in to ensure everything was going smoothly. I highly recommend Azia at the Madison Wellness & Aesthetic Center for anyone considering laser treatment they are the best.
