Outstanding Professional Help We found Companion Animal Care about five years ago when my wife and I moved to Huntsville and needed various services for our senior King Charles Cavalier, Rex. I hate to leave such a bad review but I had a horrible experience here. The staff was very kind so this is nothing involving bad customer service. I have a very rare bird. I took him here for grooming ( beak, wing, and nail trim). I should have known by his screaming and crying something was horribly wrong. They clipped his wings so much that they were bleeding! It was horrific. They still have yet to grow back and that was 5 months ago. I think they permanently damaged his wings. I think that they are either incompetent or just don't care. The place smelled sooooooooo bad, like cat hair and urine. It was very unclean. Unfortunately, I could never recommend this... read full review
