Traditional drills and katas that are taught and performed help build skills and endurance which I greatly appreciate. The instructor, Mr. Jeff, demonstrates the practical application of the drills and katas which in turn helps to improve learning and technique. Great place to learn and develop martial arts skills.

Mr. Jeff was very patient with my 4 year old despite his inability to focus. Reinforced the rules and structure of the studio in a way suitable for my son to understand. Looking forward to the next class.

AMA is simply amazing! My daughter attended the AMA at Winchester Rd. location from 2017-2020. What she was taught at this location has become priceless. The instructors there were phenomenal and we are forever thankful for them. You always wonder if what the kids are being taught are actually being learned. I can assure you they were. Unfortunately, recently while at school, (fortunately) my daughter has had to use what she learned from AMA which was in self defense. You learn karate and self defense hoping you never have to use it but if you do, you will be able to protect yourself.
