I called Silk Flower & Gift after tirelessly searching online for a place to send an arrangement to memorial services for the husband of a dear friend of mine. After searching through and pricing several florists, I decided I did not want to use a company from out of state because there was no guarantee that the arrangement would be delivered before the services started.
I gave Silk Flower & Gift a call in the afternoon, and Nelly answered promptly. She was so sweet and made the ordering process a breeze. She also explained everything as we went along the process and was very patient with me because I don't order flowers often, I had a lot of questions and concerns.
