Threads never disappoints me when I need monogramming. Their reputation is old and in tact from what I can see. They do not concern themselves with the aesthetics of the workplace. . . they simply get the job done. The lady who helped me today was kind, well informed, showed me options of what I was considering and we shared the final decision. I know I will be pleased as I have always been pleased. If you need monogramming done I would consider using them. I live in Birmingham and it is a short drive to Leeds. They are located on the main street and have been there quite a while!

I took my granddaughter's backpack in to be embroidered for her 1st day of kindergarten. They have a variety of fonts to choose from and a exhaustive rainbow of colors of thread to fully personalize anything you might want. Needless to say, my granddaughter was very happy with her new backpack!! The turnaround time was very fast and the staff was very helpful in guiding me in the decision-making process. I have a niece getting married soon and plan to return to Threads for monogrammed towels.

I've had them embroidery several things for me and always been very pleased !! Latest things have had them do is, don't laugh, my dog's name on a couple of blankets and collars. Going to have my kitty's name on his new collar today. I think they have a contract with UAB and the Sheriff's Dept cause everytime I've been in, they are working on their items. I'm sure they have contracts with other entities too because they stay busy and the quality of their work is fantastic !!!
