Great experience and great prices. I had Portia (and I hope she forgives me if I misspelled that) and had hair down to my derrière, but wanted all the dead cut off and given layers so I'd have volume without using product. She is the first person to understand what I meant by layers. Now my hair is bouncy and wavy, and I can't thank her enough!

The app allows me to check in before I get there, so if there's a longer wait I can check in while I'm on the way or take some time to shop. The employees in general are friendly and it's rare to get a bad haircut.
