No pride. Very unprofessional. Was lied to & mistreated. Originally seemed nice & responsive. Turns out they never did the in person visit like they said they did. The yard was high due to being out of town for a month. I saw when they showed up & stopped in front of the house, on the schedule day, in the morning, as discussed, but then they drove away. Less than a minute from that, I tried to call, only to go straight to voicemail(Blocked). I used my 2nd phone(work phone) & it rang like normal & quickly answered by the same seemingly nice person I had talked before(he didn’t recognize this #). Southern Pride, is on the spot. I called got quick on-site estimate, and great prices. They do the research and found the best prices out there for my plants. The service is great, highly recommend!
I have been using this company for a while now. They have never disappointed me. Always willing to go above and beyond for the customer. Prices are reasonable and they are very professional!!
