I purchased a air conditioner seven orso years ago. Yesterday I called to see if someone could come out to help me. I was given an estimated time fortunately it was actually a little bit sooner than that. Andrew showed up and did exactly what I needed to put batteries into the box on the wall that says the temperature. It was flashing that there was low batteries. Andrew took just minutes to get that fixed for me. He also repared a lamp in the hallway and charged me nothing extra.

Very impressed with my technician's knowledge and understanding of HVAC. Many others "confidently" have misled me, but Charles knows what he's doing. Also, the yearly maintenance charge isn't going to break the bank! I am definitely SOLD on Herring!!!

Technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was thorough and was able to diagnose and fix my issue. Not once did he imply that the only way I would have AC was to get a new unit. During the service I never felt like I was talking to a salesman. It was a great experience and I will not hesitate to call again.
