My septic pump unexpectedly went out. I needed some help as my system was starting to back up. My neighbors had used Arnett so I decided to give them a call. I called and someone immediately picked up. He told me someone would call me back within 30 minutes and they did. Luke let me know he'd be out in the next 30 minutes, which was awesome.
He came out, was extremely polite, answered all my questions, showed me several things, discussed pricing in depth, and fixed my issue.

I wish Google provided us an option to put 5+ stars for companies that are above stellar. I would 5+ star them all day! We noticed some issues with our septic and called them as they were first on the Google list, and had 5 stars. I’m glad we did- They were able to squeeze us in the next day, and was able to make the needed repairs at the same time. Luke is who we worked with, and he was honest, professional, and thorough with everything he was doing. Thank you Arnett Environmental, for saving the day and tons of money from what could have been much more of a costly mess!!

My wife and I were in dire straights when our Septic System starting backing up during the late evening. After trying multiple companies, none of which could get to us same day, I found and called Arnett Environmental in Chelsea AL and was told they could squeeze me in sometime during the day. 10 minutes after hanging up, I got a call telling me they were on their way. So literally within one hour the arrived and cleaned out the tank and the price was very reasonable. The people were friendly, the left our yard in a clean condition. If you are looking for someone to pump your septic tank, I HIGHLY recommend Arnett Environmental in Chelsea
