Overall was great. Yes long wait time but they got super packed. Got me an appointment quick also gave me the option to either choose frames there or elsewhere. New technology to me. I told the lady on the phone I'm not picky on doctors. She chose the male doctor and he is amazing and funny. Definitely will make sure your eyesight is perfect before he writes down those numbers. Definitely will be back
2 of my kids had back to back appointments that we waited months for because they're the only ones that accept our insurance. Had to bring all 4 of my kids with me and it took FOREVER. Had an appointment at 3:30 so we checked in a few mins before that and didn't leave until after 5 the employees were leaving for the night. Everyone was nice and professional. Got prescription medicine that I wasn't given full information for. My son's excited for his new glasses and has been asking everyday so today I called to ask about them (it's been 9 days) and was told I didn't need to call and that it would be 10-15 BUSINESS days which they definitely never told us. Spacious optometrist with sufficient parking and a solid supply of eyeglasses and frame but was disappointed with the 45+ min wait on my nephew's appt this week. I don't so much mind the wait--I get it, I do--but for there to be literally at least 5 (sometimes 6!) bodies up from at the desk and not one of them say something to the effect of "We're running a little behind" or "We're not forgetting you" seems off-kilter from a customer service persepctive and was in stark contrast to the only other assistant I saw who was HUSTLING and shuttling customers back and forth to their exams. I could tell that long waits is the norm here. Not sure if I would return for my own vision...read full review
