Most all of the staff were very nice, however the girl who gave me my shots was a bit rude. I don't think she meant to be rude, possibly, but it came off that way. I wouldn't normally say anything, but she was a bit rude the time before this one as well. Again, I may be misreading the situation, and she wasn't trying to be rude--everybody else was very nice and Urgent Care Northwest is a good place to go.“
