Very professional, diligent, and considerate, stayed with us for five hours until the problem was solved. Jeff and another one of the workers drove all the way out to Muscadine to meet us, as our camper was stuck there with a slide-out that would not retract. When they concluded it may be one of the parts and had to go back to the shop to get it, they told us to drive down to Oxford and wait for them, since going up to Jacksonville would be out of our way. When Jeff did meet us again in Oxford, he verified every other possibility just in case the part wasn’t the issue and we should unnecessarily spend money and time on it.
