His work, as you can see in the pictures, is clean and precise. He removes outlet covers, tapes edges, tarps off furniture that can't easily be moved, and leaves a perfect edge with caulk. He is reliable and communicative. I appreciate all he has done for me, and he has been able to break big jobs into smaller chunks to work with my budget.
