Norrell has been servicing my HVAC system for several years. Their technician Hunter was very thorough in checking my units and explaining everything that he looked at when he came to do the yearly maintenance.
Christian Paul came out this afternoon - Norrell is my go to HVAC service provider. He, like anyone before him from Norrell, was on time, extremely helpful, knowledgeable and as usual, kind, responsive and he is part of the reason I continue to call on Norrell to service my units. After a serious house fire we were able to get back home. Some debris ended up in the sewer pipes. After 3 different plumbers tried to clear the pipes we still had major problems clogs. Norrell sent Brandon Beck out. He made a major effort to clear the pipes of the debris that was causing the problem. He did a great job. Cleaned up. Left our home like he had never been there. We greatly appreciate his work.
